Comlinks are like a closer mix of a smart phone and a social security card all in one. Technology is both amazing and terrifying what it can do here

I hear china plans a similar system which will rate how good of a citizen you are and if you aren't then you'll see restrictions pop up. Oh and they'll score everything... playing games too long is considered bad.

Q I'd have... is he on the run or has he served his time and is still being punished?
